Hi ,
how can update to the new version 1.1 when it comes out. Can i still use my old keycode(official) or will i get a new one?? The only problem is im not in the database when i want to get my keycode and fill in my email i get this error : was not found in our records. You may receive this message if you purchased SereneScreen Aquarium some time ago, or if you email address changed. If you purchased SereneScreen Aquarium, and believe the you have received this message in error, please contact us at Service@Serenescreen.com to verify your keycode provide as much of the following information as possible: The original E-Mail address used when you purchased SereneScreen Full Name used to register The approximate date of purchase Both the FIRST 4 and LAST 4 digits of the credit card used to make the original purchase. The problem is that i did send a mail with all this information and i recieved a mail with my keycode but on the site i always get the error . So am i or not in the database?

Those instructions are fairly self-explanitory. Basically, Prolific needs some information to verify that a customer is a legitimate user. The name and Keycode, or name and email address, or the original confirmation email, or the first and last 4 digits of the credit card number. They are pretty loose, but they do need something to go on.
