Not a Bug Display issues win10 64bit

I previously used win 7 and your evaluation/try worked flawlessly, now on win 10 and decided to buy. can run in windowed mode starts up just fine. under full screen it just hangs. this is a new machine/build.
Win 10 64/bit
Core i7 9700k
32gb ddr4 ram 3200mhz.
asus Rog Strix 1060 OC gpu.
and a glitchy screen saver ;(
running dual monitors "worked on win7"
