Is this available on DVD in 16:9 format?
I have a 42 inch Plasma.....I would love this in DVD 16:9.
Anyone know if this is available? |

The DVD version was not a commercial success. Some Fry's stores still have a few.

To the best of my knowledge, the aquarium DVD wasn't 16:9, but regular 4:3.
![]() /Tiny Availability Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.
"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another." /Robert Oppenheimer on witnessing the first thermonuclear detonation in history. |

Create your own DVD!
You can create your own DVD with a screencapture-program like:
http://www.screenvirtuoso.com which saves the capture in avi-file and then you can convert it into DVD/VCD/SVCD. There are a lot of different screencapture programs, and how many fps you get depends on your pc and graphics card. Choose the fish you want, the length of the video/dvd and some programs you can set to 16:9. |

Take a look at the Aquaria DVD Collection:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...l/-/B00005OW0E Real fish, five tanks to choose from, close-up or full-tank views, anamorphic video for widescreen sets, and a couple of different audio tracks as well. I have the original DVD-18 version of this title, and it's pretty good. It got us through some sleepless nights with our newborn, as the fish were very calming for her, and relaxed her enough to fall asleep. While I would also be interested in a well-done version 2 of the MA DVD, it doesn't sound like that will ever happen. (With the low cost of authoring DVD's these days, an enterprising Prolific employee could probably put something together to offer for sale on their web site...)
