No Key Code

I sent a PM to Morgan about this....for some reason or other I did not receive my Key code for MA 2.0.....I have met all the requirements for the free upgrade....and should have received my email.....but I didn't.....so my question is this.....how can I go about getting it???.....Is this a waiting game till Prolific gets their site back up and the upgrade section is working or what????

Everyone on the mailing list who bought online should get a 2.0 Key Code via email. These are being sent out in batches, to prevent the server being overloaded with all these people downloading the new version. The server got overloaded anyway.

The Aquarium gets 15GB of traffic a day on SereneScreen.com. Not including the 3-4 GB a day we're piling on by telling 7,000 people a day that MA2 is out and to go download it!

I am not sure why you did not get a keycode since forum members got it first. Check your spam filter.

Well in the time that I was waiting.....before Prolific's site crashed...I downloaded....the try version of MA 2.0.....so I have the program all I need is the Key Code.....I'ts hard to believe that I was not in the first batch.....there has never been this much of a delay before...

Is there anyone I could contact about my Key Code????

I too have been a user since 2000 (the .99 pre serenescreen days). I have not received a keycode or download link. I am a registered user of Aquarium 1.0 and updated to 1.1.

I am patient, but I can't remember if I had the same email account from so long ago or not. My email is bryce1@ev1.net

I just registered last night so I don't expect the key in the first round of mailings- but when should I expect it? I ask mainly because I haven't ever changed the email I registered with but I did have to send in a copy of my first receipt when I wanted my upgrade from the '99's. Thanks...
