360° panoramic view?
Jim, have you considered making the tank circular? When the camera pans, it doesn't have to stop, it just keeps going 360°.

That is a great idea. It would require a whole lot more tank, but it would add a very nice touch to it..

Somebody else asked this a few days ago. No, it's far too much work. It would mean at least a year of tearing apart much of what I have in the tank and reworking it so that it can be seen from the different angles which would occur if I moved the camera past its current limits.

Since screens are being developed on flexible backing, maybe a circular monitor.
