Windows Vista Issue Volume Bug

The volume of the bubbles will NOT adjust to the slider settings. Have to dial down volume from the sound settings.

Intel Core 2 Quad
NVIDIA 8600GT
Vista utimate 64-Bit

More Vista Ultimate 64 problems. I think maybe that's three strikes.
