Turbo bubbles

Any chance of making the "turbo bubbles" an option. For example:

- Bubble density
- Bubble speed
- Bubble path (straight column, a little drifting, etc.)

Right now they look like the exhaust from a jet engine!

The debug versions of the application have turbo-starfish. Maybe a hidden key combination to speed up the starfish and another to slow the bubbles.
