Unhappy I dunno about doing business with this company.

I bought the screen saver yesterday, and couldn't wait until I would get my Key Code. I did the transaction online with my credit card, and I ended up getting acomfirmation e-mail from prolific that the transaction went through properly. Unfortunatly, I was never re-directed to a web page with my Key Code on it, like I was supposed to be. I ended up getting a "Cannot find Server" message. I also never got an e-mail with my key code in it like I was supposed to. I started e-mailing serenescreen tech support, sales and also Prolific yesterday, and I got nothing back from them. I ended up so far e-mailing them 3 times and still no response from ANYONE...

Not A Very Happy Camper.....

If you've been reading these posts, you know that this is the absolute worst time to be sending multiple emails to Service. We just switched to the new Key system, and all 70,000 customers have to be updated.

It's about right. They provide the Customer-Support, so that I don't have to personally deal with all the emails, like I did for the first few months. Never could get anything done.

Hind sight

I know hind sight is 20/20, but maybe the testfish key could of worked like a demo and been full functioning for a short period of time (until the key code problems could of been resolved).

This would of been a good sales tool as well!

JPichat,

It's very easy for a hacker to disable a timer.

Point Taken

Sorry, all of my programming experience is with applications for internal company use. I was not thinking of hackers. It's a shame you had to!
