MA2 problem

wasn't sure what thread to put this in.........i've had ma2 since day one and it was fine.. i am one of the ones with low low video ram. i have run it for over an hour and no problems, today when it runs for over ten minutes the fish get sluggish. at 1024x768 all v. of ma ran at 28-29 fps. today it starts at 28-29 then creeps up to 31-33 fps and fish get sluggish on ma2, not on v.1......should i re-install.....

Is it in 32-bit color today?
Do you leave S or Ctrl-S turned on?

michael......with ma2 i don't lose fps while on internet like older versions. it does it while on net or right after re-start.........
morgan.....no 32-bit color, don't laugh, but only have 16-bit or 24-bit color [far as i know anyway]. turned s on every 4min to check fps. did use ctrl-s when i installed it. how do i turn ctrl-s back off...

bob,
Since you are using Fish Picker you can do it the easy way. It is the Blankspace setting under Advanced...

thanks again mm....
michael and morgan......i went back on settings panel to default system resolution instead of 1024x768 -16-bit-hardware and limit fps to 28.... that seems to have fixed the sluggishness even though my res. is 1024x768.....will let it run longer to test.....thanks

MM,
just noticed your title. – Don't think a 150 ton/75 feet swimming dino is going to fit in MA3, but they sure are (ok, were) cool.

Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent.
I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.'
I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.

Liopleurodons in MA3

Have to wait for another product name-change as well - from SereneScene to LunchScene!

Thanks Liath. You got me!

I nearly waxed rhapsodic about him in the 'Favourite Books' thread, but figured that as he'd already made an appearance...
