3 Fish

3 Fish types (body types) to choose from.

Most likely 5 at same time on screen, because the size of everything is different, and these fish are more detailed.

Exclamation Golden fish

.1 Q: Will additional future goldfish be a free upgrade?
A: Your avatar image makes you look like a FED, and mine makes me look like a serial killer….hmmm….

Our plan is to release the product and move to version 1 as fast as possible. Perhaps after about two weeks of being out. Then, we will add some number of unique fish (bodies + textures). This will be somewhere between 3, and 20. (so months from now, don’t be telling me “I promised something”).

Somewhere between 1.0 and 2.0 the product will be very stable, and will feature many new cool behind the scenese features along with all the other products, like:
Multi-monitor support.
Integrated WideScreen.
Self diagnoses for improved video performance and latest drivers.
Packages: Packaged objects (fish, tanks, flags, ornaments)

All this will be included in the original price.

Then, we will release 2.0, and we will charge for new packages.

I always thought patscarr's pic looked kind of like Judge Reinhold in Beverly Hills Cop.

That's so true, Jim! – So now you're a FED and a cop (and a judge ), Pat. Any more law enforcement roles you're striving for?

Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

so when 2.0 comes out, we(ppl who purchase the beta version) need to pay an upgrade price right?
and the price for v2.0 should be more expensive then the original price of v1.0 right?
But however, I think all those features in v1.0 is enough for whatsoever the original price is, coz it has too many goods.

Just wondering, what will be added in 2.0, it must be super good that need to charge for new packages.

oh,btw, can u tell us the vague value of the beta version of goldfish aquarium? (no matter what, I'll buy it this time, to avoid any upgrade cost might be in between v1.0 to v2.0 , I learnt)

Tanks? Flags? What do these objects have to do with a Goldfish aquarium???
If you were referring to "tank" as in "aquarium", then I understand, but you have it listed as an object.

Nice one Patrick, .... exciting isn't it!

Movement a little jerky, - perhaps a better video card required?

Uhmmm silly question but has Jim and prolific considered some sort of Tank Changer? By that I mean an app or feature so when we have 3 or 4 (once FWA is out) so the SS cycles thru them.

Just an idea, hehe

Hi all.

I apologise in advance if this has already been asked, I'm still new to this. I've tried to catch up on all the past posts, but there comes a point where it all becomes just a sea of words.

Can the fish in the GA swim around freely? What I mean is, one of the few things about the MA that needs improvement is the 2 layer setup where fish are constrained to swim to and fro, fro and to, stopping if they bump into each other rather than swimming around each other, and never, ever, swimming toward or away from the camera (except to do a quick turn).

My impression/hope was that the introduction of a fully 3D coral (front ) would solve this so the fish would be free to swim wherever they wish.

I'm getting mixed messages about the Goldfish Aquarium - parts are still 2D, parts (like the plants) are 3D.

In short, will the fish be able to swim from the front of the tank to the back and vice versa?

Confused of Essex.
Mark

Apology denied – There's no need for one as this subject still is unclear. Hopefully the Hawaiian bloke with the sympathy haircut for the follically challenged can shed some light on this.

Mark,
That is something I also brought up way back ....... (Check out these posts for more details!)

https://www.feldoncentral.com/forums...7102#post17102

I too would like what you are wishing for, - somewhere, but I haven't found it yet, Jim goes into some detail about not liking the 'front on' view of some fish. - That was one of the reasons, and also the original SSA is very shallow back to front! ..... I hope I've remembered all this correctly! (If not, I'm in the dog house! )

The Goldfish have no qualms about facing the "camera" for long periods.

And I think it's safe to say that the Goldfish Aquarium will not operate in 2 "planes" the way the Marine Aquarium does.
