Beta 9F

I just loaded beta9F works fine I would like to know why some of you are running at 25 and 30 fps and I am running at 110 to 112 also here is the other info up in the corner HAL(pure hw vp)Ati Radeon 3450 Screen Res 1024x768x32 timing clamp 0.10 sleep(10) I am not sure what some of this means since I am not a computer geek. Keep after those clams.
