SereneScreen.com's new look

Have you seen SereneScreen.com's new look? It's nice, and they also officially anounce the Aquarium Time (it will be out in the first quarter of 2003) and give a demo version for the crystal version (I think it's new).

Anyway, I join the army on Sunday, hope I will have time to join the forum from time to time

Yeah, and it's redirecting to the wrong place. Fixing...

pipeta,

Good Luck We will be looking for you from time to time.

PS. Well, we get a front page direct to here now, it would be better if it was the right one though.

I like the new design. They even have the links to the international sites.
And the cat-page is very funny!

The main thing is the page is VERY efficient. Not one kb wasted (Except the blue borders around everything and that's the only part Reichart did not design himself -- he's fixing it).

And the cat-page is very funny!
I mentioned our own cat/dog thread here:
https://www.feldoncentral.com/forums...=&threadid=416
to Reichart and he said it would be great if I could contact all those people and get permission to use their cat pictures on SereneScreen.com

I am a little concerned that they have 1 banner ad now and are going to 2 banner ads soon depending on customer reaction. How much does a banner ad really earn these days? Granted they picked a good first banner. Those little RC cars seem very popular.

These days, I don't think banners even pay by the impression (view) anymore but only by referred sales.

Cool

Great new look!
Just curious to as how many have clicked on the banner ad (I myself am guilty of clicking it once)?

Not any here. I have nightmares of the site turning into banners everywhere.

I started looking into having a single banner ad on the fan site right about when the banner ad business was drying up. To make any money at all, I would have had to add popups which I would never do.

Exclamation More updates.

Thank you for the compliments. I built all the art in Fireworks, I love this program. I know the head of QA, so I have his ear, and he has mine (he is a Marine Aquarium fan!).

We are getting faster and faster at updating the site(s). Marine Aquarium Time will be out very soon. Obviously we will be waiting until the private test period [...] is complete before releasing it to the public.

Today we published the coming of the DVD. It will be in stores in the next week or so. It will be available from our site soon, when we finish the Shopping Cart code. We are going to build a cool gift system into it, so people can send gifts directly to a person.

And, on the topic of banners; they are more for our amusement than for generating revenue. They are however to help people that are coming to our site to become aware of other products that we sell, and products sold by friends (like the RC racers). All our sites will be cross linked in this way in the future.

Next month, we will start animating sites.
