MA App Running closes when Screen Saver comes on

Sometimes I start MA-Time as an app so I don't have to wait for it to screen save. When I want to use the computer I just hit the F key to shrink to a window (close-on-mouse is off). If I leave the app running, when the screen saver would normally come on MA quits. I guess maybe it's trying to load again as a screen saver.

Is there any way around this problem?
