Unhappy Error in running MA in Japanese XP

Latest version has a problem in my Japanese XP.
Meaning is
Command in "0x004191b1" refers to "0x00000204" memory. The memory cannot change to "read". Close the problem please click [ok].

ModVer: 0.0.0.3 Offset: 000191b1

What's wrong with my Japanese XP?

Ah, those were they days, when a fully-featured program came in at about 8000 bytes and had no bugs... :-)

I still remember the first computer that I ever programmed on; a Commodore PET that only had 8K total RAM.

(Also had a "Chiclets" keyboard and cassette tape drive.)

I still have my Commodore 64 and tape drive. Actually I had been programming on it for a couple of months before I even got that tape drive. Turning the machine off meant losing everything.
