Bubbles Sound Stays On When Monitor Shuts Off

Hello,

The bubbles keep bubbling (sound only) when the monitor is turned off by my XP Home power scheme. I have the screensaver set to turn on after 10 minutes of inactivity and the monitor is set to turn off after 20 minutes of inactivity. The Marine Aquarium sound option is set to "only when active." The Marine Aquarium version that came with MS Plus did shut off the sound when the monitor was turned off by the power scheme. As evidenced by my first post, "am I just missing someting obvious again?" (I'm using v2.01) This is not a major issue for me because the bubbles sound is kind of soothing; however, I just would like to know if that is normal operation.

Thanks in advance,

Yes, this is normal for MA. Unless you have your power settings shutting both computer and monitor down at the same time, MA will continue to run.

The "When Active" setting is for windowed mode. If this setting is on and the windowed Aquarium is the program in focus, the bibbles will sound, otherwise they will not.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
