I have just replaced my GF2MX400 with a GF4MX440 ..... so:-
I have a GF2MX400 sitting in it's box doing nothing!
Anyone want to make me an offer?

For the record. - When I came on this forum, after first discovering SSA, in November 2001, I changed from a Diamond 2Mb PCI (I still have it!) to an ATI Rage Fury (I've still got that also!), then to a GF2MX200 64Mb (my son has that one now!) followed by a GF2MX400 that I have just replaced with the GF4MX440.

Either I am mad! - (stands back for a flood of comments!) - or the SSA bug has really got it's teeth in!

hmm. 4 screws and a flashlight should tell ya. You should see, from left to right, 1-2 long black slots, 2-4 white slots, and then if you have AGP, 1 brown slot that is further away from the edge of the motherboard than the other ones.

or you can click Start -> Run -> type dxdiag and under Display tab
you'll see DirectX Features. look for AGP Texture Acceleration. If you can click Disable than you have AGP video card. If it says Not Availible than its pci. Dont know if this works 100% but worked for me (windows XP and GF2 mx 400 Pci, which im selling too if anyone is interested). Price is 45$ shipped (US only). Have the box and CD.
