Still working on building the background. Like the current Marine Aquarium, it will start out with a 2D background. However, it will have swaying plants, and that is rather difficult.

Have you some fish species allready done?
Can you tell us something about how many fishes will be allowd to insert into one tank?

Jim, would you say that you are 25, 50, or 75 percent finished?

Nope, can't give a percentage. At any moment, I may run into an obstacle which would mean throwing away everything I've done so far, so I could be at 0% and not know it.

Hey Jim, how long do you take to create a fish in general? And how many polygons has a fish?
I'm just asking because I modeled a bit for a game in the past...

Heck while we are playing 20 questions, how many poly's does a neon tetra have? They're so tiny and shiny, i cant wait to see how they reflect like the Copperband Butterfly-fish does.

Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent.
I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.'
I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.

Your ideas

Jim,

I saw the wishlist and there sure is a variety. Being an aquarist for the past few years and knowing that you usually work out of your own preconceived ideas, what is the basis for the freshwater aquarium livestock? On the title picture above, I see a molly and an "angel?" I take it then it may be safe to presume, it is to be a freshwater aquarium in the traditioanl sense of the word? Neons, mollies, bala sharks, barbs, gouramis, etc. etc.? I see people asking for arowanas and the like, but are we to assume then that this will NOT house cichlids and arowanas or other fish that in a "REAL" freshwater aquarium mixed with the smaller fish would be quite inadvisable and in most cases would render most traditional fish as "meals?" Just asking for a little incite as to the basis for the livestock? You have always seemed to lean towards the livestock in the serene screen being true to the type that could pretty much "hang out" together and with the cvariety of freshwater set-ups one could build (cichlid, discus, goldfish, freshwater brackish?), wondering if you were going to do that again here?

Ok, enough rambling, appreciate the answer in advance.
