Feature Request F1 key should provide help

The F1 Key (marked "Help" on many keyboards) should provide Help.

This could be either displaying the About screen, or preferably an actual Help file.

I actually agree with this. Allowing F1 to bring up the about box would be a good feature but not important at this point in time. The background up down buttons coul be moved to F5 to F8
