Deactivate on mouse when used as screen saver

I have just recently purchased the version from the web site and have a question:

Is this not supposed to behave like the version that is included in the MS Plus pack? When I place the fish.scr in my \Windows directory and select it as a screen saver it comes up but it does not deactivate with my mouse movement like the Plus version does.

Press the SPACE bar to bring up Settings.

You can change the fish (like setting them to random so you get to experience all 20 fish, 7 at a time) and do things like make "Exit on Mouse Move" work.
