Exclamation hello guys

hi guys just joined the forum today. iv been reading though some of the post's and seen some about frame rates and how some people were getting over 100 fps. and i would like to know how you fined out how many fps your running. any help would be much apreciated...

Hit the "S" key while the aquarium is running, it will show in the upper left corner of the screen.

thx grape jellyfish i just had ago with the s key but didn't notice any fps indicator. would it be that im using mt would there be a different method for that version. many thx.

got it

i got it it was reading 145-150 fps. is that a good fps score. thx again grape for your help

Sounds good to me, but there is a setting that allows you to limit the fps, hit the spacebar while the ss is running and click on the settings tab.

Realize that if your monitor is set to refresh at 60 or 75 Hz, you won't see any more frames per second than that. The rest are just wasted.
