Wal-Mart Aquarium

I'm not sure which version of the Aquarium was released at Wal-Mart, but I'm sure getting a lot of tech support e-mails and chatroom messages about it. Is there something unusual about this version? Perhaps a bad pressing?

Are people trying to get me to help them install something they pirated?

And the devil is jumping for joy then?

That's actually quite interesting, Morg. Keep us posted!
Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

Yes, it was a bad pressing by Encore. It doesn't seem to be upgradeable.

Prolific is looking into it. There might be something they can do within the program that will recognize those CDs as valid, and allow the upgrade to happen.

I have bought one of those CD's....I am very disappointed. I have had my eye on it for a while and I find out that they may be bad. There is no .exe file on the cd!

Nate, there are two SereneScreen CDs. One is the screensaver and one is a DVD. This thread is about a bad pressing of the screensaver CD. I believe you might have bought the DVD version.

Wow, what a screwup.

I can't imagine how that got past QC.

I emailed service 3 days ago and I have not heard anything from them. I have considered just taking it back for a new copy but I am afraid I will just get another bad copy....

I would say that as this is a new problem, they are working on a solution and haven't reached a viable answer yet.
