Probs with keycode

I've just downloaded Marine Aquarium and purchased a keycode. I've copied and pasted it in as instructed but it doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software a number of times but still know joy. When I paste in the keycode, I get a dialogue box which tells me to enter TESTFISH or enter a valid keycode - the latter whci I've done. Help!!

In the mean time try putting "keycode" in 'Search' (At the top of the page, under Jim's pic!)
You may find some help there!

The ISP which Prolific uses lost both of the hard drives which contain all the Prolific code (the main AND the backup drives). That's why Serenescreen was down day before yesterday. Two of Prolific's programmers had to pull an all-nighter to recreate the code which processes orders, records sales, generates Key Codes, etc. It's concievable that there may still be a few glitches in the system.
