Would put CanonGuitar.sgt in the playlist (perhaps more than one time). This would simplify the "what if I lost the lovely MA3 music" instructions.

It's just like the "Add MA3 Logo" in the Clock/Logo panel.
I understand.

Seems like this would require a lot of changing.
Please note that these have been discussed elsewhere. Two of the apparently-practical small-effort solutions suggested were:

A. Go to http://www.serenescreen.com/product/...3/info/faq.php (similar function to "Visit Website")

B. Open "UserGuide.txt" in a read-only window.

In both cases, of course, it would be necessary to "close" MA3. [Perhaps not, if MA3 is in Windowed Mode] But method A. is already coded. And method B. is fairly straightforward.

Testing...
Had a small problem with a mixture of 11p and 11o which is resolved now although it's a bit odd that the sliders appeared a bit different.

In any case, sliders look all OK now.

The files have been sent to Edgar for compilation as MA3.1.

Thanks to all the people who did the early testing in the private Alpha-Testing Forum, and all those here in the public Beta-Testing Forum who have made suggestions for fine-tuning.

Apologies to anyone who may not have gotten their fair share of notice or respect during this hectic time.

With the 'fade out - fade in' on the crystal, I'm still thrilled. So you've got a happy camper in me!

Great news on sending it in for compiling with the installer.

+ & - are not needed. The value chosen is shown above the slider. The slider just changes the selected rate!

I think the point was just to maintain consistency, not because they are required. A uniform look across the piece just achieves a better end effect.

Exactly Wizwad.

With the Limit Frame Rate slider, it could have the "-" / "+" signs, or the words "less/more" or "lower/higher" or perhaps "min/max" or the numbers "30" and "124" (the min/max numbers) or 30 fps/124 fps, or ....

Well, you get the idea. There is no right or wrong regarding the labels. What there is is the way Jim decides. A consistent look simply shows attention to detail and a more polished finished product.

I agree with cjmaddy that it doesn't "need" the "-"/"+" signs, but Jim's reply in post #18 made me think that he was going to add them to each of the places I mentioned.

Sure it is minor or "picky". MA 3 has been out for quite a while, and a few of the Settings panels did not have the SereneScreen/MA3 image on them. The program still worked just fine. However, those screens now have the image. So does the new Set Background Colors screen. Do they make the program run any better? "No". But, it does appear a bit more polished and finished.

What's the harm in this?

In that case, then they are needed for the number of fish on the Chose Fish, the Background Colors sliders, and the Logo Time change, etc.
That is taking fanaticism too far. - They are totally unnecessary.

Missed the Background Colors sliders - good eye, cjmaddy.

Choose Fish and Logo Time change are not sliders.

Otherwise, you are not really arguing with me, you are arguing with Jim since it is he who decides what is necessary or not.

Are you calling Jim a fanatic?

Jim -

did you take the blue pill or the pink pill?

(The ones your mother gave you don't do anything at all.)

I'll have a bottle or two of Benylin please. It won't do anything for me as I don't have a cold, but at least I like the taste.
