One thing I should love would be if you have the crystal enabled it would remember the last setting it was in next time the screen saver kicks in.
Today it always start with the logo.

From what i've read and understood the default appearance of the crystal will be selectable in the interface sometime.
testing on:
ATI Radeon mobility X2300 - Intel(R) 946GZ Express Chipset Family
