Now I am no longer in the dark, thank you. But they did not show a picture of 3.0, and everything there looks like Jim's work or Prolific, must be a rip off.

Prolific is the publisher of the on-line version, maintaining the website, sales, updating the user interface, and handling all customer-service.

Encore handles all physical disk distribution.
