Am I the only one who cannot get an upgrade?

Hi All,

Like all of you, I have been blown away by the beauty of Jim's aquarium for many months now, and have been anxiously waiting for the upgrade. But, in the several days that have passed, and many emails on my part (with all pertinent info, including my registration # and so on), I have gotten absolutely no response. Am I the only one, or are there others? I'm not sure where else to turn, as the only option is an email, which I've done. Suggestions?

PLEASE don't email more than once. Prolific has a backlog of thousands of emails to process. If there is more than one from you, then Vic will process one, and a little while later Auden will do another having no idea that you've already been taken care of.

This is why the automatic update is setup at the website. If you purchased within the last few months, entering your email address will get you your new Key in a matter of seconds. If your email address has changed, or there is some other problem, all you need is your name and old Key Code to get a new one.

Jim,

My sincere apologies. I certainly did not want to add to the backlog. My "angst" was over what your website had assured me was a "matter of hours" which has turned into several days with no indication that email was even received. If you have a backlog, but my email request is in it, I will patiently wait my turn. Your screensaver is certainly worth it! Again, my apologies. (The "payback" for having such a fantastic product that everyone is salivating waiting to get it;-)

I am having problems as well. I know how you feel. I was an 'early purchaser' so I guess that's why I'm paying again, this time with frustration.

There has gotta be a better way to do this...

Bought one of the first beta version (the Deluxe one) and now, the v1.1 is out and cannot have my new registeration.

I've send a mail, but what a dispointment after "they" saying since last december that Prolific *was* working so hard with the keygen (don't mean.. ) and IS the cause of the delay..

Pfff,

Hope that's the support team is as fast as the aquarium is terrific

I think a troublemaker is the keygenerator itself.

For older users it asks the name and the old key, and, at least in my case, there's no way to do it right.

I wrote my name as it's written in the email I got when I registered, and it says the name doesn't match the keycode.

Then I tried only my first name and my two surnames.
Then my complete name, and just the first surname.
Then I wrote my name as one word, and my first surname.
Then with both surnames.
Then everything without spaces.
Then underscores insted of spaces.

I think all possible combinations were tried, and there was that error. Name doesn't match the one in the database...
now, question is... who's registered there? just curious about what name is there with my keycode

Anyway, I sent an email, so I only have to wait now

Hello guys,

as all of you, early purchasers of this beauty, I didn't receive a mail with the new key, also tried the site with key and name but got a error on the page since.
Already waiting more than 1 day to a reply to my mail but still no answer. VERY frustrating.

Hope to see it one day, can only wait for that dam new key. (but still a fan of this aquarium)

I'm in the same boat....is the settings section not available in testfish mode?
I would really like to see the lion fish but hitting A doesnt bring up the settings menu like it should and I sent all my info to get my new key two days ago and still haven't gotten any response so I'm stuck

No, you have to be in full registered mode to get to settings.
