Unhappy cd as keycode

I bought Aquarium v2 from CompUSA and installed it on my OSX Mac. I went into the registration window and hit the register button. It now says that I've registered my product with my CD as my keycode.

With everything running smoothly, I went online to take advantage of the Aquarium Time offer of $9.95 for registered owners. However, when I try to buy the product, it asks me for my email and keycode. I don't have any keycode, and the registration window never asked me for my email address. There seems to be no way that I can get it at the special price.

I've written 2 emails to service@serenescreen.com, but have not received any answer. Don't they want me to buy their product? This is really bad service.

Hi Unregistered. I'll ask around and see what the deal is with CD purchasers and Time bundle.

Hello,

My name is Auden and I'm the lead tech guy here at Prolific. Sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting in touch with us. Let me see what I can to clear up the issue.

Currently, we have no way of authorizing a discount Time purchase if you have a CD. This does not mean that you are not eligible, just that we have to go through a different process. We have more detailed information that we can send you on the subject.

Since I do not have a name or email to go by, I can't tell if your email has been answered, answered and bounced, or was even received. So, to expedite your response, please send an email to our service address with the subject "ATTN AUDEN." I'll keep an eye out for it. If I don't see anything in the next few hours, I'll let you know here and we can work out another form of contact.

Thank you for your patience,
Auden Reiter

Thanks! I've been dropping by for a while, but a shift in duties means I should be able to check in more often.

Auden,
I fixed up your avatar a bit. I'm kinda guessing on what's your hair and what's shadow from the flash, but I think it looks better like this, right?

While you were at it, you could have fixed that growth on his right ear.

Hehe, I was thinking of adding some sort of bionic eye and perhaps metal teeth and a armoured suit, but I didn't dare to on my first attempt...

Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

Guess all you have to do is exchange the old one and you'll be set The noir shadowing clashed to hard with the bright white smile. Now if you would've looked a bit grumpier...

Perhaps I could add a crewcut and an uniform and we would be halfway to "Universal Soldier"
