Settings box starfish issues

The fish picker for the starfish still seems to have some "little" bugs in it. I can get the count up to 29... one still shows at the starfish... but when the SS comes back on there is NO starfish.

And.. a picky little thing.. "tabbing" through the selection buttons the flow is not what one would expect..

Yeah, the Tab thing is really tricky to set up, and needs a lot of work.

The starfish issue is related to a bug that James reported regarding being able to run the number up to 3 (even though only one shows up).

OK, I think I've got the bugs out of the FishPicker interface. It was a maze of Ifs, Ands, Ors and Elses. I separated the sections of code so that it did not try to get too clever for its own good.

I also fixed the Tabbing so that the items in the Settings menu get highlighted in the proper order.
