Not a Bug Stealing focus

When I run MA3 in window mode it steals focus whenever the cursor goes over the window. This makes the windowed mode almost useless since it is too easy for the cursor to pass over the MA3 window while trying to use some other program.

Another unrelated problem I see is the window jumps and flickers when the title bar disappears and re-appears.

There has been a lot of discussion among the Alpha testers regarding when the window should be active, whether the title bar should show, etc. I'm still sorting out how these things should be handled. Some systems (especially Vista) cause the window to jump when the title bar appears or disappears. Welcome to my little corner of Hell.
