Getting MA 3 to accept upgrade key code
I had purchased an upgrade to 2.6 years ago. That version doesn't install properly to Vista 64-bit.
3 BETA does install. I purchased the upgrade and received the key code. The Registration page accepts it, but then tells me to insert the 2.6 CD to finish the process. I never had a CD, only the old key code. The FAQ and other pages ignore this situation. I've written to technical support without result. Any help much appreciated. |

Tried that after successfully logging in with my 2.6 key code, proving it's valid.
The next screen insists I pay for an upgrade. I did already. I tried a number of ways to get past that screen, but was unsuccessful. When I purchased the upgrade I went in from the download page without logging in with the 2.6 key code. That may be part of why I have a problem. But it still should be possible to obtain instructions to get past the Register page with two valid keys. |

Sorry, D.Chath, I haven't received an email. Checked the Junk Mail folder. Plenty of Rolex imitations, but nothing useful.

This morning I received from SereneScreen TechSupport a new key code that worked.
