Can't enter license key
When I enter my license key in the preferences dialogue, the
OK button doesn't activate. MA2.6 worked great when I first bought it, then one day it just stopped working. I read the FAQ and followed those steps, with no luck. I just formatted my drive and reinstalled, then updated to 10.5.7. I installed MA2.6.1, pasted my license key from the email into the preferences, but the OK button still doesn't activate. Any thoughts? |

It's not an invalid key. It worked when I first bought MA2.6, then one day it just stopped working. The support people confirmed that it is a valid key that works for them.

Send me a Private Message with the Key and all your other info, and I'll check it out.

There is something strange going on here. I'm writing with hothpicas to figure out why his machine is so special.

This problem showed up once or twice a year and there is a fix coded into MA 3 for it, thanks to the help debugging by hothpicas.
