how to get a full screen?

can anyone tell us how to get it to cover the whole of my monitor as i always have a black border whichever screen resolution i pick my friend has the microsoft plus version and his covers the whole of the screen

Please adjust the geometry of your monitor to match the video mode the Aquarium is using. This includes the width, height, and horizontal/vertical center of the picture.

I need to add this to the FAQ.
