Accepting Name

I'm not sure if anyone has had this problem, but as I was trying to get a new registration number I couldn't get the form to recognize my name. After writing it every way that I could possibly imagine, it accepted when I entered it as one word.

I can't find my original registration form, but I feel confident that when I registered it the first time I didn't write my name as one word!
