Resolution of aquarium background

When I run the demo on my 1920 x 1200 screen, the background looks very blocky (low resolution). The fish look fine, it is only the background that looks blocky. What is the resolution of the background and will it adjust to finer resolution after I register?

The coral background is 1024x768. It is unfortunate that on some systems it does not scale as smoothly as others. It would help a lot if the background were upscaled to the display resolution using a smoothing filter.
