application doesn't work

Just purchased the aquarium for mac os x. When I click on the icon, nothing happens. When I try to use the screen saver, I enter the key code and when I clidk ok, it flickers and nothing happens. It will not accept my code. I have tried coping and pasting, nothing works. Please help me.

Please use the feedback page on the Order N Dev web site to send me your keycode so we can work on this. The SereneScreen tech support page is the best way to handle keycode issues.
