Please help with monitor frequency!

I´m pretty pleased with the performance of my aquarium but I have one question.
My monitor runs at 1154x856 pixels 16-bit and 100Hz monitor frequency.
When I run the aquarium windowed I have 100hz but in full screen I have only 75hz.
How can I get 100HZ in fullscreen?
All other screensavers off mine work on 100hz.
Please help me

Same old thing:

Start menu, Run...

Type DXDIAG

Click More Help tab and click Override.

Set refresh rate to the same value you are using for the Desktop.
