Broadcast and media reproduction rights

As part of appealing to high end users to get free publicity, Jim might want to change his licence to say something like,

Media rebroadcast:
We encourage placement of this software product in movies, television broadcasts, tradeshows, and other settings. We just ask people notify us of media usage so we can place a notice on our website of an upcoming appearance. Please email us at xxx@xxx.com

..A slightly more gutsy and could turn some people off second clause to add, insuring that you get proper credits. I know the movie credit requirement is 3 seconds total screen time (as they scroll from bottom to top), forget the height requirement in % of screen size. Also, Jim may just want to use the credit requirements of whatever movie union he's in. Also the credit rights differ broadcast vs movie vs DVD.

Media Credits:
For media rebroadcast priveledges while we don't charge a fee we require the following credit to appear in accordance with normal rules for SAG credits:

Installation and tradeshow usage:
While we don't charge a fee, a sheet or card with the following needs to be visible, the size depending on the total screen area. For single or dual monitor installations where each monitor is 32 inches or less diagnol, a single 2 inch by 3 inch card with the text in font size 24 is sufficent. We mail these out free on request. For larger installations contact us. (We basicly just want to insure that the artist's credit is visible to the average viewer)
