I just swapped out machines here at work and lost the video card that ran the Aquarium like a pro. Now it chunks a frame at a time and the bubbles look like a stream of white, unmoving lines. Occasionally the screen will flicker to black as well.

According to a few web sites I visited, this card can support 3D graphics but when I run dxdiag it says there is no 3D Acceleration.

Does this mean I am just SOL?

Your card has run out of video ram. If it's really only got 4 megs, than I'm amazed it even does this well. 16 megs or more is recommended.

TnT Riva 2 with 32mb is $35.

GeForce 2 MX 200 with 32mb is $48.
