png file with Corel PhotoPaint

I have created a png file with Trial version of Adobe Photoshop elements, although the embos effect doesn't seem that great. However, I do own Corel Draw suite and have been attempting it in Photo-Paint with not much success. Right now I seem to get everything transparent including background so nothing appears.

If anyone can post instructions with this program, it would be great. Thanks.

Corel Draw? Wow, I haven't touched that program since 6.0... I think we got 3.0 when we bought our 486DX2/66... I used to be pretty good with it, but I'm afraid all I have now are memories...
