Screen Saver as Active Desktop?

Hello everybody, I was just wondering if anybody knew of a way to run Jim's aquarium as an active desktop? I think this would look really sweet.
Jim: If it's not possible in the current version could it be implemented in an upcoming version?

Nope, but AquaReal can do this (see the AquaReal thread).

I tried to use the aquareal aquarium but everytime I attempt to load it I get an error because I don't have a 3d accelerator. If anyone knows how to get around this I'd love to hear it.

If you don't have a 3D card, then my Aquarium won't work either.

Thats what I can't figure out, your aquarium runs perfectly. By the way, I am constantly getting comments as to how sweet the aquarium is, you did an awsome job. I have no idea why the other aquarium refuses to recognize my card, sorry if my last post made it sound like I didn't have a card, I meant that it couldn't find my card.

Do you know which version of DirectX you have? Mine only needs DX6 or higher, but theirs needs DX8.1.

I have DirectX 8.1 The problem is probably that my comp. is over 5 years old. It's just dumb luck I was able to get your aquarium running.
