Like everyone else, I find this screen saver stunning. It is running well on my G4 iMac. The upcoming 3D coral has the potential to be wonderful. Having been in the aquarium business for many years I have a suggestion to make. Perhaps suggested before: greater realism would be achieved by
1. having the fish stop occassionally to pick at the coral, even backing up. Real reef fish are constantly grazing. 2. having the fish chase one another occassionally, speeding up briefly for the chase. Real aquarium fish are frequently sparing with one another. I do not know how much these behaviors would complicate the programming, but, boy, they would greatly add elements of realism. Is this feasable? |

There's a lot of room for improvement, agreed. It's better than any other Aquarium simulation out there, but Jim still wants to get it much more realistic as he finds time to improve it.

These items have been on the to-do list since the beginning.
