After I activate 1.1, I lose drag and drop capability until I reboot. This did not happen with .99L. Does anyone have a solution?

personally, i didn't have that problem, but ya might wanna check your video driver. if it doesn't support Direct3D, it may cause a problem, but, that's just a guess & possibly a place to start
