11L is working fine for me also.
My normal 'unzip' program now works.
The analog clock face is centred once more.
FPS and CPU usage are steady.
.... Looks like it maybe ready for a none-beta 3.1 ? ....
Though Abbott & Costello will no doubt disagree...
