But seriously now... I like the user input, so just keep the suggestions coming everyone and from that I'll try to implement whatever I like, whenever I feel like working on it.

replicate the whole menu item into right click menu of tray icon
The whole menu seems too much to me, but I shall replicate some of the menu items to the tray icon.
add icons in the menu
I am interested to learn how to do that. But it is not high on my priority list for the picker.
