It would help me if I can get MsInfo32 report on systems that has this problem.
Warning!!!! This report has all the programs that the system runs and installed. I can understand if you feel that this may be too much information to send to me.
There is also another report that may help.
Hijackthiscreates a report that may show if you have any spyware in your system.
