I just recently flush my DNS when my site was moved to a new server. Took longer for my forum to catch up with my main site. I was down about 18 hours.
It's different under Vista. Under all programs click accessories, right click command prompt, click run as administrator, a dos box opens then you type in your command and hit enter.
