I don't know exactly how this happened but during the course of the day here at work, the program has gone full screen and back to windows mode many times. At one point I looked at it and the starfish was on the glass but it was backwards and you could kind of see the stomach in the middle.

PS: anyone know a place where I can upload small graphics (icons for here) that I can link to?
