Hi Mike,
You should put "Marine Aquarium.saver" into either the /Library/Screensavers folder or the ~/Library/Screen Savers folder. Don't put the entire folder which Marine Aquarium comes with, and don't put the application (has the clown fish icon) into the screen savers folder.
