Ralph, do you see the same windowed-mode frame-rate syndrome that Cliff sees?
Yes, the instant a single line of pixels shows on the second monitor the fps drop to ~16 ish. The "frame" around the windowed MA3 can be in the second monitor without affecting the frame rate.
