When I look at a real tank, floating particles just mean poor filtration to me. Last night we ate in a Thai restaurant which had two saltwater tanks. One was crytal-clear, and the other had slightly cloudy water, with some visible floating specks. We were seated near the "dirty" tank, and I didn't enjoy the evening much.
Jim, many thanks for the welcome and for the fantastic program. Just to be "clear" though, I'm definitely not suggesting the addition of either flotsom or jetsom, but rather tiny (and super-pure) bubbles - floating randomly about the tank - to the mix. If for no other reason than the fact that the clown fish and Yellow Tang in my old tank seemed to enjoy swimming through them - ticklish perhaps?

Cheers & Thanks,
